Right, but holding is when a receivers route is impeded before the ball is thrown, while P.I is when a receiver’s route is impeded while the ball is being thrown. The ball had already released, it was tipped, & X was being grabbed & yanked. That’s the point. They called Def Holding, when it was really P.I b/c the foul occurred after the ball was tipped.

The bigger point is, this constant whining about the officials is annoying, especially when we’ve been the benefactors a lot this season, but more importantly, we had a 21-0 lead w/ everything to play for.

I also didn’t like us going for 3 w/ so little time left on the clock & the defense showing an inability to stop Cuse. There’s so many things to blame, & the refs r literally not on my list.

nah ... this is guidry ... mario gonna get the blame because he the top guy ... but guidry let him down big time this year

That holding call on Rivers was a game changer. Our defense is a dumpster fire but its tough when the refs keep helping the other team out. That holding was tough

The defense was atrocious, but if y'all think there weren't some suspect calls made at key moments idk what to tell you. I'm ****ed at our coordinators and Mario, but some of those calls were straight bull****. That being said, we still should've beat the brakes off of them.
 
It's not on the refs but if they protected Miami half as hard as they protected Georgia on friday then this would have been a Miami W.

Enough w/ the ref ****; it’s annoying af.

If by refs you mean Miami's entire defensive operation from coaches to players to the hydration specialists ... then you are correct sir.
 
Whats worse about the 21 point lead was how fast it happened. Game was tied in less than a quarter. That 39 second drive out of halftime was beyond comical. They straight up said at halftime we going up top. 3 bombs and we were cooked on all 3. Got lucky the first one was overthrown. Syracuse knew our corners couldn't hang with their WRs and we did nothing to help. Guidry is a ******* moron.
