Pete Ariz continues to be the new voice on Canes football. Enjoy this dude while you got him, Canes fans. Thank the good lord that we don't have to rely on that scraggly **** Suzy Deegan for our Canes news.
 
i want to see guys like gordinier and finley lighting people up on special teams, show some quality depth on the team...


also expect there to be less nagging injuries due to the team not carrying around monkeys of fat on their frames....
 
Hey Pete:
We never hear anything about Charles Perry. I know he was a 4* recruit. With such a thin linebacker position group, I expected to hear his name in the mix. Any insight?

Can't go there yet, but he's a big dude for a guy that just turned 19. When did he enroll here, when he was 17? Seems like he's been here over a year. I fully expect Shaq to start and dominate, but I expect JG to step in and bust some heads and make plays when he gets the chance.

Having just retired with time to spare, you have no idea how how I`m enjoying the Canes resurgence.

Look at Michigan...they were mired in mediocrity and then they hire Harbaugh. You blink and now they are a consensus top 5 team in the nation and in the hunt for the title.

Good times are here. I hope we unleash **** right out of the gate. No excuse for this team not winning at least 10 games this year.

I think we'll be better this year just based off of sheer confidence. I can only imagine the team mentality every week when they stepped on the field because they didn't believe in the staff..."Fccccuuuuukkkkkk do we have to actually show up and play Clemson?"

I predict these boys will be chompin at the bit to get out the gates and beat on some other teams knowing **** well they've got one of the top staffs in the country.

Sorry I meant top 10. Either way my point still stands...they were bordering on being irrelevant for a while (like us) and they go off and hire a new coach and POOF....they matter again.
