Irvin does not want to play for our cluster**** of a defense. That should not surprise anybody.

It's a miracle a guy like Jaquan is still committed.

Yeah uh maybe, they have more talent than Miami on defense yet is still getting shredded. Trob can't coach a lick so I'm not sure why Irvin prefers him over Paul Williams. Blake Freakin Sims(NOT Marcus Mariotta, but Blake freakin Sims) threw for 445 yards and 4 TD's on Muschamps and Trob's defense/secondary. This is a week after Kentucky, YES KENTUCKY, threw for 369 yards on that vaunted well coached Gator defense and secondary of ol Trob's.

Give me a friggin break, it ain't no better in Gator land when it comes to secondary, so that it a bullcrap cop out by someone.

Muschamp makes changes to his staff when necessary.

Golden doesn't do that.

Also, Muschamp is known as a defensive guy and his defenses are statistically good.

Golden is supposed to be a defensive guy too and he's fielded some of the worse defenses in Miami football history.
 
unbelievable if we lose irvin. just absolutely sickening. i hate al golden and every single member of our 'defensive' staff. they can all burn in ****.

The Tim Irvin news will surely make everyone angry on this board lol. Another day of bashing Golden I guess. He deserves it as of late.

Not some.... but... THEE WORSE defense I've ever seen in our history.... i could always remember if our offense can score atleast 3 td's **** 17 pts would get the job done then our defense will do its part and we will prevail.... Now we have offenses that can score at will and our defense does the same ****... let the opposing team score at will just takes them 7 minutes to get in the zone

Who cares what they did then, what are they doing now? They are stinking out loud that's what. They've had no hinderance to their recruiting, and hammered Miami on the trail trying to scare kids. They were uber talented on defense and a veteran bunch when Mushcamp got there from Urban's recruits(Elam, Floyd, Easley, Bostic), now since the 1st rounders are gone, they are relying on Muschamp and Trob's recruiting and coaching. They still have more talent on defense than Miami though, so it's no excuse to stink so bad.

Since Golden has been at Miami, UF's defenses have been better.

Lol Paul Williams is trash. Just look at how disappointing the secondary has played so far this season.
 
I still think Florida is in for a rough stretch over the coming weeks and that whole staff up there will be in question. If Mushchamp gets ousted at the end of the year, then all of the sudden all bets are off for any recruited committed there.

Not to say we'd do better, but that 'better' defense just gave up 645 yards of total offense to Alabama this past weekend. We have actually never broken the 600 yard mark, even under this staff.
 
I'll believe an Irvin will play for UF when I see them run out the tunnel unto the field. Until then...nah. Would love to be wrong though, obviously.
