Good to see the coaches confirming what many of us believed in the first place: The D-Line is loaded with talent. There's been a lot of worry about a lack of production but how the **** could you fault the players? You can't get tackles for loss and sacks when your main priority is to engage offensive linemen. We finally have coaches here who'll let these guys get up field and wreck havoc.
 
Wait a minute, the Dline is going to be strong? What happened? Oh, that's right, we got a real HC who brought in a real Dline coach who wants to play old Cane defense. Same players go from weakness to strength. If we fans had only known we could have tried to get the old coaches fire.

I wouldnt laugh at this. DemeJax looked like a freakin beast at the Spring game. Gained some nice weight too. He and Willis were eating that second unit alive. I am very excited about him come Fall ball.

That 2nd unit o-line is horrible. They asked searls about them and he changed the conversation and started talking about the starters again. Thats how bad they are.

When we were dominant, while watching the game I used to get more pumped up when our defense took the field, much more when our offense did. My most enjoyment was watching our defense go after the opposing QB dragging him to the ground, destroying their offense. I miss those days. Am I the only one?

Lmao, at anyone actually implying they saw signs of life in jenkins. I'm more than happy I may be wrong but come on yall jenkins has down much of nothing when healthy. Good coaching helps and goes a long way but I'll ask politely when yall saw the light

Talking tough against Clemson and getting out played thoroughly....Coming up in the box against Cincinnati and flat out got ran through....Yeah, I'm sure people saw his potential as the next coming.
 
Please no targeting suspensions for the safety's this season. Especially Carter.

No one was saying he was the next every down safety, but he has always shown flashes while playing deep coverage. He seems to have natural instincts to go get the ball but he sucks at run support and taking angles to the ball carrier. Put him in a position to sit back in a cover 2 and if the DL does their thing I can see him making some plays. Maybe all that other stuff has improved too and he becomes a valuable piece to the back end of our defense.

First, Getting guys on campus often and familiar with the guys is a brilliant concept. Nothing breeds commitment like familiarity.

2. DB's looking like Henderson, Bandy, Edwards and Brini, safe to say?

3. Golden deserved getting bashed, not surprised. Everybody hates him.

4. Outside of Golden getting fired and Dorito getting fired, is staff feeling DL is top 10!!!! Did someone slip me a date rape mickey?

5. Also the SS is very solid with Rayshawn leading the way. So solid play at CB and we got a top notch Defense?
