Saw in another article this morning that he won't be playing in the UA game. This according to his father.

"Dad says the plan originally was to announce a decision at the Under Armour game. But because he won't play in the game due to injury Anthony was told he would have to fly down the 31st and then come right back after the game instead of being able to stay the whole week."

Exactly! For the life of me, I don't understand the dismissal of our WR recruiting. Same folks next year will be crying that we need to do something about WR recruiting. OL recruiting is OL recruiting, it stands on its own merits same as every other position. Saying I'm more concerned about OL recruiting does not address the fact that we have Evidence as our only WR commit. And outside of AR, who on our team at WR has shown evidence of being a difference maker?

No other way to say but WR and CB recruiting is as bad as I've seen it here. We have zero WR, CBs and OL. The depth chart is wide open. The staff isn't doing something right.

Objectively the WR class wouldn't be very good. But looking at our actual team. Richards and Cager on the outside with Berrios in the slot. Mullins pushing them for PT. And Deejay is an excellent athlete. I don't think this is too bad of a situation. And if we happen to land Smith or Jeudy I'm actually very happy with this WR class.

Honestly I think Mullins is going to end up the starter by mid yr, and he has more than enough speed. I don't know if Cager will perform well or not, but I think its reasonable to expect him to at least be average. My point is we are not in a terrible situation at WR, especially since it's one of the easiest positions for freshman to perform well at. If we get Jeudy or Smith, and i understand that is a big if, do you guys still think this is a disaster? Because at WR all you really need is one impact guy to pair along side Ahmmon. And Smith/Jeudy both could be that guy if we land them, but Personally I think Mullins is already going to be that guy. That's why I'm not too worried.

I really don't get how yall don't think OL isn't a bigger worry though. We were a disaster on the OL this year. And we can't rely on freshman to come in and start and just fix all our problems, regardless how good Donaldson, Herbert, or Slaton are. So this OL class could end up elite, but for next year we are still screwed. If we don't find the answer to our OL, it doesn't matter if Kaaya comes back or if we land Jeudy or Smith because we will still suck on offense, and thats a guarantee.

We are lucky we are so stacked at DL/LB, because our DB problems are going to get hidden pretty well.

As it stands now I don't care for the WR class obviously. Now if we end up with Njoku, Harley, and one of Smith/Jeudy then I would be perfectly happy with it as we look good going into 2018 with WRs. I can take or leave Dingle. He just doesn't seem to have a very good ceiling. He is slow and lacks explosiveness but who knows.
