Question: supposedly Surtain is a huge lean to LSU. Is it normal for a recruit to OV to the “favorite” to land his commitment 3 weekends before NSD which would allow other schools to set up OVs? If LSU was the favorite why not OV the last weekend there instead allowing other schools to get the “last crack” at a flip? Didn’t LSU shoot themselves in the foot? Sorry, I know this post contains a lot of questions.

I’m not going into all that BUT it absolutely means something that he didn’t commit and they didn’t/weren’t able to talk him out of Bama.

What does it mean for Briggs, Nesta and Chatfield?

They reportedly didn’t talk Briggs or Chatfield out of FSU. The guy who said it has rep on ITU and apparently is close to Gurvan Hall. Both are the dreaded silent according to him too and they encouraged the visit. Nesta is coming...he’s got no OV set and he’s obviously OVing at some point.

Seriously out of nowhere we were just completely not in the conversation. Do you know what changed Pete?

When have we been in the discussion besides Pete and Rattler talking on here. Tyson rarely talked to media and never said anything about coming to Miami for an OV.

Wearing a Miami wristband during the biggest games of your high school career is big enough of a sign that he's at least interested in us. To go from that to not even visiting is quite strange.

Wasn't he wearing a Canes Wristband on his UGA pics?

But i was told since Campbells dad is a fireman he doesn't need a bag.

He doesn’t and I would expect more of him. Especially since how much “doing things the right way” is a part of our culture.

Yea but the money that is thrown at the kids and these families will make parents with even the strongest morals rethink their stance.Putting that type money in front of an 18-19 year old kid is .....well let’s just say they’re gonna take it.

Then if his dad is a firefighter and as much as I know about that profession it would have to be a substantial amount of money IF....and I say If....bags were dropped.
