I might be the only one saying this but I do not want Harley if we get Thomas. And if this guy wasnt from South Florida all of you would be saying the same thing and talking about how this dudes next best offer is WVU. At lest Pouncey we are competing with Texas, with Smith we're competing with Bama and LSU, etc.

plus this kid is trying to play the recruiting game too much. I bet once these other better recruits commit he will get scared and go fo wvu

There is no guarantee Thomas qualifies.

Thomas is obviously better but you have to take Harley just in case things don't work out with Thomas

Thank for the update!

Would have been nice tho to log on this evening and see a commit. Hoping this visit stays fresh with them to NSD and decide to pull the trigger with UM.

and **** 247 has crystal ball prediction at 57% to UM for Jeff Thomas...lets do this!

Good points. But for me it isn't Pouncey or Harley. It's Harley if we don't get Smith. And I don't think we get Smith

All signs point to him being able to qualify. We stopped recruiting him because of grades and we though Bama had him. Then on twitter someone posted a pic that he had qualifying ACT scores and we started recruiting him again, then he went off at the UA game.

No, It should be Harley if we don't get Thomas. Harley and Smith aren't even comparable.

Smith is gunna be a Cane.

Regarding Jordan Pouncey, I recently watch his film and sometimes film is deceiving, especially highlight films but i had some questions who might know better then I would:

1) Richt asked for speed, in the film at least, certainly didn't seem that way. Wondering if anyone else can attest against for or against that? He seems to be a long strider so that always is deceptive;
2) Is he a possession receiver that were looking for, essentially a bigger version of Anthony McFarland, or do they have different skillsets, cause I see a lot of similarities; and
3) I saw bring him in and compete, and he looks like a great athlete overall, just trying to figure out the vision they (the coaching staff) have for him maybe someone can try and fill me in not sure where he fits in for this offense.

this. If he doesnt make an impact at WR or on Special teams, you tell him your gonna try him out at CB and he'll likely choose to transfer to Tulane or whatever
