Well he did sign with us and had every intention of coming until a pile of money was tossed at him. We had no probs taking his money to renovate the Light and slap his name on it so I guess he could be considered alum.

I thought he took a class or 2 one summer? Early on in his pro career I thought he did.

He was going to sign a NLI to play for us but went pro right out of high school instead
 
The statement was only made to cast additional doubt as to our non-involvement in this scandal so it is therefore misleading and should not have been said

No they didn't. They clearly said that he signed with UM, but chose to go pro instead and talked about his donation.

One other thought; during the show they ran "random" tweets across the bottom of the screen. I didn't do a scientific count but it sure seemed like most of them were blathering about the U "cheating", program should be shutdown etc.. That and showing the same shot of Shapiro a few times standing in position A waiting for players to run out of tunnel contributed to, I thought, a negative slant.

They do that now with every main topic for each show. Today's fan question was, "What's your opinion of UM's athletics program?" I'm STUNNED at the responses they got and showed on TV.
 
Heather Dinich must have a real face for radio. They never put her mug live on television. They just get her on the phone every time.
