The saga continues.... ON3 has another installment on NIL

“Debacle”? What’s the debacle?

Lots of talk today in the podcast world about Rashada and everyone I listened to prefaced what they said with, “yeah I think these numbers are bogus, so I’m not even gonna mention them.”

On3 is a rag and seems to be poised to explode on the launch pad.

Facts. The debacle is Off3's reporting. They've bungled every step and have zero journalistic integrity trying to cover up their mess with an even messier second piece. They're already damaged goods.

Oh ... and F the Gator.

Zager is 19 years old and just finished his freshman year at SMU. The president and founder of JTM Sports, he holds an athlete agent license in multiple states. His partner and chief business operator at JTM, Thomsen is a 22-year-old commercial real estate agent.

Must not be difficult to get a athlete agent license....

Let's all get one!
Oh **** don’t get me started. I’ll put together an LLC right now and have a conglomerate of SFL guys to funnel them to Miami. I’ll ask @TheOriginalCane as my legal advisor to the company as well for compliance purposes.

Who wants a part time job managing players?

Have the Rashada's claimed this Casio or whatever guy? I read all that and still don't know anything more than I did before. that was a doubling down worthless article of nothingness.

Still waiting for all those On3 stories about O$U snagging 3 of the top rated WRs in one class & Bama snagging the #16 player in the nation

While I'm sure they paid something, how much do you really have to pay when you've got their track record?

You and I are on the same page with NIL (pay for play), but those guys are the currency benchmark. Their money is worth more. Hope we catch up.

To clarify, if I've got a kid who is an elite prospect, we'd have to come real correct with a NIL deal. I believe, but in the same breath, there's still nagging doubts (wish Mario hadn't ended last season the way he did) and I'd value on the surface those two schools offers at two to one. In other words, we'd have to spend twice as much if NIL was the primary driving force.

I love this U. I'm a show me guy though. I know he could make it there and if they're offering, I've gotta listen as it's business. We're talking futures here. It would also be their decision, but if asking me for advice, either school would be a tough turn down. ***** wearing those jerseys though.

agreed; but, I’m just saying on principle, if we’re breaking stories on alleged NILs, then let’s tell it all, not only when we have something cooking

I don’t get it. He said he left money on the table by not picking Florida. The only thing that insinuates is Florida had an offer extended to him. Why would this nil dude who is a Florida alum threaten an investigation? It would be an investigation into Florida’s collective. What am I missing?

With you on that.

When we were getting beat up about peanuts and Texas was giving each OL 50k, bragging about it, it was a non story. That's bs.

Sorry, was editing on that last post.

Unreal ...Imagine if he'd commited to A&M...nothing.

Why does this feel way different than Iamaleava to Tenn.

The ***** who posted this story retweeted Heitner's claim that Miami committed an NCAA violation. This is 100% about sticking it to Miami. **** him and **** that ***** Heitner.

What's funny is the claim is that "JR left millions on the table." It's not that "JR took millions from Miami."

The only recruiting violation I see being mentioned by him is actually one by UF.

Admittedly, I have not read up much about NIL. My understanding is that the NCAA is basically toothless in its enforcement capabilities pertaining to NIL. As long as the school doesn’t get involved it’s all good (which we know, indirectly happens everywhere)

Even if the lawyer and Ruiz spoke…what would the violation be? My understanding is that lifewallet is legit and has benefited from these NIL deals.

I try to put down my orange and green googles and take a level headed approach to things; but I don’t see what the other side of the coin is. Again, maybe I don’t understand the rules well enough
