Here is my question regarding Frost and his allegations.

If they are real, wouldn’t Nebraska use that to NOT pay him $15 million.

Athletic departments are still a business.

Might not want to publicly embarrass Frost, and possibly may be criticized if they allowed the problem to linger too long. ?

Lots of those coaches with NFL backgrounds have had their backsides handed to them by lil old college coaches. NFL backgrounds don't necessarily equate to success at the college level....see AL Groh, Herman Edwards, Charlie Weiss, Greg Robinson, Dan Henning, Mike Shula, John Mackovic, John Bunting, etc.
