Go ask the current NFL stars at WR and QB and they will tell you it was Joe Brady. Brady literally worked with Burrow to help design parts of the offense, bringing those Saints elements to the team. Coach E was just the filter on gameday...a check on playcalling...and it worked wonderfully and was one of the most ridiculous offenses in college football history (probably THE most ridiculous offense). Players were open everywhere, every play.

I had plenty of posts on this, with articles to show my work. Brady was the architect.

...and now he works with Ken Dorsey.

(perhaps not directed at you) How in the **** would Joe Brady be a poor hire? If it ends up like ****, like it did in Carolina, its probably not going to be Joe Brady's fault.
Put it this way, Ben McAdoo made Joe Brady look like the novice he is.

Lol we’re less than 3 weeks away from spring ball and we don’t have an OC.

That’s Mario problem.

I thought he’d be successful here, but now I’m almost certain he’s doomed to fail here.

Spring ball is insanely important to the development of a team from a scheme perspective. Blowing this much time on what’s probably going to be a mediocre hire is just brutal.

Every day I’m more certain that this guy is the [Maude edit: stop with the negative ethnic adjectives] Al Golden

He punted an entire recruiting cycle and you think he cares about spring football?

I think Golden is much better than Mario in a lot of areas. His fatal flaw was his loyalty to D’onofrio.

Listen, they’re no way Mario Cristobal is as bad a coach as you all are making him out to be. The real issue is where he was ranked in your collective minds before he was the coach at UM. When you look at him objectively and not like some mythical creature he is what he’s always shown he was.

Looking back the program has fallen a lot since Al Golden. Those Al Golden teams had some future NFL players and good ones. Whew, his defensive scheme sucked. He's the one ex coach I find myself hating on lol. During that time I was hoping Penn State would hire him when he disappeared for a whole week

While I agree, he’s 5-7 as the University of Miami’s HC with multiple blowouts until he fixes it and proves otherwise.

Let’s hope he does.

TrumpyCane wants to let you know he’s 64 years old, been at LSU since 2010 and is from Baton Rogue, played at LSU

Maybe that’s why
And he’s also been a ****** OC for his entire career.

Even when he was younger, he was not in demand to be an OC anywhere.

The only times he’s been an OC was when someone got fired & he had to fill in the spot as an interim.
