glad you final brought him up after so many on here have been clamoring (sous chef language) for him.Bet Yost would have had more than 8 F-ing yds in a 1st half. And he's not making 1.8 million.
If we want a Dan Penos style O, then sureKentucky was the 35th scoring offense with Coen, the following season they were the 112th scoring offense without him despite Heisman contender Will Levis returning
My thoughts exactlyWelp, no Litrell now.
I didn't take it as a joke nor as calling out a bad joke. Are you applying to be deputy to @JamesQuall for bad joke hunting on the board?
So you are saying that it was a stinker of a joke by @JHallCanes??
@WaterburyCane - Need a ruling here along with James. I laughed at a bad joke, I guess.
No. Wasn't even really a joke. More of a bad metaphor. Are you applying to be deputy to @JamesQuall for bad joke hunting on the board?

If Littrell is an option can I ask why you would go with Candle before Littrell? The dude pumps out top 20 offenses year after year. With Mario's recruiting, it's almost a guarantee Miami would be a top 10 offense in 2 years.
You don’t even believe that score predictionNo. Wasn't even really a joke. More of a bad metaphor.
That said, being a former baseball player, you should be well aware that Every. Single. Time. a Texas leaguer falls in, 6 guys on the bench yell "line drive in the book." All I was doing. Maybe that's a bad joke. That you felt some type of way about it is on you, not me.
PS (and, @RVACane , I'll take the derail thread-ban, but this has to be said) Chiefs 34 - Iggles 14. I want all the Broad Street smoke. There are too many of youse proud Philly fans preening around these parts.
You're right. Not sure why I was factoring in a missed PAT. 35-14.You don’t even believe that score prediction

Not even getting my hopes up. The guy who wrote that is probably just throwing out names based on nothing but message board speculation and conjecture. If Littrell is an option can I ask why you would go with Candle before Littrell? Maybe he placed a premium on certain other attributes that he didnt last season. Such as recruiting tenacity and chemistry of their personality. That all star so called staff was a dud when i thought they couldnt fail. We had 2 SEC DC on staff and they got roasted. If Littrell is an option can I ask why you would go with Candle before Littrell? The dude pumps out top 20 offenses year after year. Mario likes that Pro Spread style, he loves Sean Mcvay offense. If we want a Dan Penos style O, then sure
My point is, it was said last yearTruth is…that’s accurate.
IMHO, the end will justify the means if Mario‘s OC hire is on the same level as the DC hire. I don’t care how long it takes. I don‘t care that CIS is impatient. I don’t care about the consequences and collateral damage. Just get it right.
If he misses tho…
We would have to to fire Kevin Smith or Field and hire a QB coach.
