The most important job Al & Co. has done so far

AG has brought a system of competition: in the weight room, which determines the spring roster, in the classroom, in every practice, in every game.

What he did with JaPickory was **** near amazing.......That last gae vs BC was a nightmare but for the season he really looked good....if al was here all the seasons J12 was there, no way would he have had all those **** pics

All the team related stuff already being mentioned, what he is doing and has done for fans is amazing as well, bringing in tradition, running those guys over to the Student section and then him disappearing so it was about the team and students and the fans. He is selling tickets right there, let alone winning games. We wont fill that ****hole of a stadium out everyweek but we can have good showings. Right guy right time.

Again, I find it important to note that coach Golden did not make the travelling squad at Penn State until his 4th year on campus. He came in as a skinny tight end and became known as a workout warrior by the time he was done at Penn State.

Its of no surprise that his primary coaching philosophy revolves around player development.

FSU defense is also not as good as it was last year. Lost all of their pass rushers and the young guys haven't done anything yet.

I thought FSU would reload but I think we can beat them now. I would of picked fsju easily before the season began but I think man if u look at it its real fkin posible that we go undefeated. I hate being a homer but beating fsu means beating anyone else including Clemson IMO.

IN all seriousness, best things he's done is turn UM back into a real college program, not just an NFL internship

Players are going to look back at their time at Miami and be glad they played for the Tie

Kids learning to become men who are accountable and responsible students and athletes, if no they gone.

I feel bad for some of the guys that came through here in the last 2 coaching eras... as an example, Sean Spence was a beast, but imagine how good he could have been under our current regime.

Spence was/is the kind of player that was going to be good/great no matter who the coach was, he had great instincts and work ethic.
