Great write up Dan. Either I have some sort of self-preservation mind block or I just didn't watch that game. Either way I am glad. A positive note, we gave the Rapist his worse game of the season I think. Plus, is was actually one of our D's better games. So, I want to think that it is the crappy run of the mill QBs and offenses that give us the most trouble. Since teddy and friends are fairly good, we might do well against them. Ok, I am really reaching here.

I'm starting to freaking hate Louisville (I just strongly disliked them before). They're the new Virginia Tech, but worse. They actually have a bunch of guys on their board crying about not understanding how they could possibly lose Strong to Texas because Louisville is now a "destination" job. What really ****es me off is that we probably won't be able to do anything to shut them up on Saturday either, and it kills me to see predictions like this:



Smart Pick

Louisville is flat-out better than Miami everywhere. Despite the lack of competition, it’s still difficult not to be impressed with the Cardinals' resume. They can throw the ball as well as anyone in the country and are possibly even better on the defensive side of the ball.

Louisville finished second in the nation, only allowing 257.9 yards per game. Miami’s offense started strong, but after Duke Johnson went down, the offense was stale.

The Hurricanes finished the season 1-6 against the spread in their last seven. Louisville wins and covers the three points easily. If that happens, it probably means the trend toward Louisville bowl OVERs (6-1 past seven) will continue.

Maybe its a shower episode why Golden keeps D'Nofrio. No way can you be so bad and keep your job anywhere except maybe N. Korea. This guy's schemes good for 34 points guaranteed!!! We have have to score 40+ to win this game. Not to mention his defensive futility is what killing the progression of this team. One more year of Team AL and if more of the same then lets pluck Schiano from my Bucs. This guy knows defense, tricks and recruiting. He'll be our Saban and we'll win multiple Championships. Somebody convince the Boosters and Shalala to make the inquiries.

While I hope we smack this fool, he is 100% right. Its exactly what makes our defense so bad is that we get nickel and dimed all day and make no adjustment for it.
