i think this a good way to approach it ... although venues matter, clemson played them in tally ... that being said i think we'd be ultra up for clemson

speak on it ... i'm as level headed as it gets, but i'm not sure how anyone with any type of football knowledge can tell me that defense is improving and to tbh, that it doesn't resemble a manny diaz defense ... our best defensive performance was 8 weeks ago ... folks getting excited about shutting out fsu, cmon now, who hasn't shut out fsu this year

i'll take the hit on the timing ... but fsu is trash ... guys want to compare it to other close games, but this fsu team is all time bad ... i get some want to bask in the sun, but facts are facts

I do think it’s funny that people wanted to crown Guidry last year and now it’s Dawson this year. Our defense needs to improve, but it’s also not as bad as some are making it out to be on these boards. I don’t want to get into a long discussion about it. Celebrate today, be critical tomorrow.

The defense is like cooking. If you bake a cake with the wrong ingredients multiple times, it can not get better. I think defense is hampered b y teh groceries they have, to paraphrase a coaching legend.

I’m glad we won. But a spade is a spade. Our defense has not been good and has not been getting better. That worries me for upcoming match ups.
