You're just too racist to realize what a HUGE economic success the cash for clunkers program was.

It outlines our strategy and our case. Amongst other things, we outright accuse the NCAA of LYING to the University and of failing to cooperate with us in the investigation as they are supposed to. They hid information from us. In other words, they did to us what USC did to them which got USC hammered.
