THE LETTER!!!!!

Not much new in there. I thought we would get to see some new stuff they got caught doing. Hope we have more up our sleeve

It outlines our strategy and our case. Amongst other things, we outright accuse the NCAA of LYING to the University and of failing to cooperate with us in the investigation as they are supposed to. They hid information from us. In other words, they did to us what USC did to them which got USC hammered.

This is HUGE, IMHO.

Pretty sure the motion itself has more detail in it

Too bad they couldn't get that

I believe this IS the motion to dismiss. We also further threaten to sue.

No it isn't, see below. Whatever is attached to this letter was/is Miami's Motion to Immediately Conclude Case No. M362.

Pursuant to Britton Banowsky's letters of February 27 and March 8, 2013, attached is the University
of Miami's Motion to Immediately Conclude Case No. M362
as it Relates to the University of Miami
(the "Motion").
