In fairness to OP, the premise of QB “power rankings” implies the entire season, so omitting guys because they didn’t play is weird. I mean, if they want to do it that way, why not say week “x” ranking?

OP is onto something. The checkers reaction is to point out the asterisk. The chess reaction is ask yourself why tf anyone would do that.

Sure there’s the tiny, after-the-fact note at the bottom, but notice at the top it clearly states rankings “after week 12.” Would be one thing if it said rankings for/during week 12. This is some misleading bs.
