Just curious. what makes him not a stud?
-2 sports athlete who is already 6'0" 200 lbs as a Soph in HS?
-Plays RB and QB for a good local program with 4 other Miami commits?
-Got offered by Penn state, FSU, Georgia and MSU all in the past week?

Exactly !! It’s been like that since Shannon ... when we are up we are up but if god forbid we get punched in the mouth early on then we play down or just already mentally lost

From watching his tape on his HUDL. None of those schools boards were talking about his offer and I highly doubt any of those are commitable offers. I know for a fact UGAs was not commitable. He doesn't even have coaches he is in contact with on his 247 profile besides UM.

Yup 100% agreed. Then they can't even pull themself together to get up for the next game. Instead of landing the SO Fla dogs we are landing the So Fla divas.

Thank Christ ... unpopular opinion but I feel like we are the only team in the country that every cycle we deal with this bull****, we should just go and recruit the Brevin Jordan’s, deejay Dallas’s and Jeff thomas because they’re more real cane then the south Florida divas

I honestly don't think many people have heard of him prior to this season, especially outside of FL. He played QB and RB last season as a freshmen and backed up Shivers at RB.

According to MaxPrep he rushed for 430 yards on 30 carries last season as a Freshmen. That is not bad (16.5 yds/carry). also threw for 281 yards and 2 TDs. To me, he looked pretty explosive on film especially for a big back.

100% agree. They need to open up the recruiting model. We need to land elite kids from any part of the country if we want to be elite again.
 
looks like a potential franchise back...let's just be excited for now and welcome the kid to UM.

Yah I am not saying he is bad. I think he is a good RB and will probably be a solid addition to our already stacked RB room. I just don't see him as a stud. Williams and Harris were studs who I was pumped about when they committed. I hope they stick, but I am not getting all pumped up about Thad.
