No u right. I misread what u wrote. I thought u said they think he has gotten stronger since spring. But yeah u right. He needs more muscle and strength. Francis is just a log in comparison, Kinsler as well

I mean you said coaches felt like he was a #1 overall top pick type, so this doesn't make me feel that much better.

Gotcha gotcha

Yeah I’m with you this class is the goods I think. I think we’ve got multiple future first round picks and all Americans. A lot to ask a kid to start at LT but it can be done. I think once Samson starts at LT it’s a wrap it’s his job. Just might take a little time….then again if it was game #2 I wouldn’t even be shocked either he’s got that kind of talent

Could be right of course. This is just me speculating anyway based on a few tidbits. Just because he might need to gain a little strength doesn’t mean he can’t still do the job
 
Sounds too optimistic with a lot of the recruiting stuff…And I'm not even overly pessimistic to begin with.

Also, a little bit of picking and choosing…I don't think it was ever reported on here Watkins had an offer. Just that there was interest? And it seems like the "Cryptic messages" have been both fruitful and airballs and we are only advertising the times something happened.

Yea definitely more functional strength but just take a little bit more time but he has legit every other tool needed. And Rivers make me nervous out there vs Texas a&m, Clemson, and FSU

Yeah I dunno what’s up with Rivers. Not sure if he was playing injured, or hasn’t been right since being injured, or is out of position, but he’s too talented a kid. He should be a cornerstone of the OL by now.

Yeah, I love the good news but taking it very lightly this go ‘round. Been a weird one and we heard the same reports going into June and July. We then heard the same right after JoJo committed. Not much came out of it … at least yet. But D just reporting what he gets so I’ll take it.
 
I’ve said it more times than I can count (which might not be much but whatever)

But Ray Rays off-season reminds me of Kam

Other recruits had more hype but every practice report from day 1 to the season Kams name came up making plays

Ray Ray has been the same thing

X will get the lions share but that kid is gonna make some plays this year

Mirabal said he was baffled they werent talking about Kinsler like the others after he evaluated and watched him live a few times. Said he would already been in if he came in for spring, thats how highly they think of him. He is bigger than Francis and Pancake. I expect if they older OL dont do their job he will be in there sometime after the Texas A&M game if i had to guess. Maybe Temple
 
Thanks, D - love the outlook of our players. Lots of injections of good starters but most importantly, solid depth.

As for recruiting, yikes. This is more like an “ATM”. lol at “we lost on XYZ which means we can pívot and focus that money on ABC player.” That’s loser talk and almost never amounts to anything. We have no shot at Simmons and we’re not gonna beat out USCe for Stewart. Our only hope is Franklin. I suppose stone is kind of still in play but tea leaves aren’t looking good.
