I honestly don't trust most of these Times provided for the athletes. Unless you can verify what was used to clock the times. Also it's been mentioned before, the running surface and condition of the day those times were recored matters so much!!!!

Some of the players don't even have the proper coaching leading up to these track meets and camps!

Here's numbers of my former teammate. Who just so happen to run the fastest 40 (4.28) at the 2015 combine. We all knew JJ was fast but our school didn't have the proper facilities to help him train for better times in high school. Lol we didn't even have a track or blocks for the guy to practice. My whole point is don't put all your trust in the recruiting profiles.

I wish we had the hudl technology for people to see some of the plays he made in High School. JJ only played one year as a receiver. He only wanted to play basketball in school. His first touch was a 80 yard kick return touchdown. UAB found a gem! Small guy but super tough and competitive.

I was coaching in Cincinnati at the time and somebody hit me up and said it's dude from Midfield that's good. I said Midfield?!! I'm a Wenonah grad so I said you sure he aint at Fairfield? Sho nuff I watched him at UAB and I said yeah he legit.

If you thnk that your demonstration of a lack of reading comprehension from a post in a football chatroom that had nothing to do with you is a win, hats off to you. Make sure you order your trophy as big as you can. I'm certain it will look awesome in your trophy case next to your Optimist League trophies from childhood.

To keep it real, my previous comment was an attempt at using humor as an olive branch. Clearly you are a bully and I think you would never say any of the things to my face that you so proudly say to me and others on this group while hiding behind a keyboard. I'm sure you already know this and I'm certain you're proud of it too. Maybe someday you will grow up, maybe not. Asi es....

You are ridiculously fragile. I responded to you all of ONE time before you had to resort to the "go get laid bro" sophomoric responses. Toughen up and act like a man.

I'm no bully, but I'd absolutely say the same things to your face that I say on the board.

If you were trying to use humor as an olive branch, that's fine, but perhaps try to understand why people might not understand your subtle humor within your first 20 posts. Though I do find it humorous that "BigDikDaddy" is lecturing people on "maturity" while telling someone to "get laid bro" and challenging people's educational levels.

Look in the mirror and thicken your skin. You might not last long if you keep overreacting every time someone disagrees with you.

Just settle down and contribute some good conversation, and everything else will work itself out. Welcome to CIS.

Bolded are the ones I'd say are most realistic, with Heyward definitely being bolded if the staff decides everything checks out with him and he gets the green light

So I added your bolded names to our existing verbal commits into the 247 Class Calculator just for chits and giggles. Result was 279.

p.s., Jeremiah Smith puts us to 288, which is the same score as our 2023 class.
p.p.s I'm not a star *****. Honestly don't care about our specific ranking other than for momentum purposes, as long as we're closing on the guys we really want on our board (primarily 1a, 1b types). Just thought it noteworthy given how the mopes were out in force only a couple weeks ago.

My skin is plenty thick. I'm glad you did find the subtle humor - gives me hope that you're capable of thinking at a high level, at least occasionally. I'll take your suggestions under advisement.

In this day and age, any RB that can play CB or WR that doesn't try is seriously hurting themselves. You make as much as a backup CB and take 100x less of a beating playing CB than you do being a starting RB at the next level.

But obviously that should start earlier than College.

Of course once that happens it will lead to less high quality rbs which will eventually increase their value again...lol
