Brown is CJ Henderson IMO. Know folks like @DMoney see that too.
I would make all the fast guys run track. Ray Ray, Robby, Chris Johnson, all of them gotta run track.Only way I can see us missing out on Jalen is if he wants to run track in college and sees LSU track program as a better route
I definitely didn’t say that, but I did say that if he made the commitment to being a CB he’d be good at it.If ****ey is really running a 4.58, not so sure about that given Gaddis desire to significantly upgrade overall team speed. As a WR, you might be right though. I've seen multiple people speculate that CB is Brown's best long term position where he could have Christopher Henderson potential. Can't remember if it was @Liberty City El that said that if Brown was a CB, he'd be #2 on his board behind Cormani.
I haven’t seen this since another poster previously mentioned opened up on this a month or two back. I assume you’re talking about the dynamics of the recruitment…. Or are are you talking skills-wise?Brown is CJ Henderson IMO. Know folks like @DMoney see that too.
Skill wise as a corner.I haven’t seen this since another poster previously mentioned opened up on this a month or two back. I assume you’re talking about the dynamics of the recruitment…. Or are are you talking skills-wise?
It would be great for us to get a head start on that Tampa pipeline, because for the 2024 class Tampa is absolutely LOADED with talent.Lewis Carter at LB was mentioned on his show. I don't think I've seen his name at all. Found that interesting, makes me feel that the LB is bigger than the public might know.
Flo and the other seemed to like where Miami is with Francis and I think the Jon guy liked Miami for Sampson. I mean just one of those monsters can change the whole outlook on the OL class.

Lewis has already used 3 of OV’s to Clemson, Oklahoma & Auburn, with Clemson already having 2 LB’s committed in their class, they usually tend to get their guys to commit early so the fact he hasn’t committed to them yet or indicated that he planned on doing so anytime soon leaves the door open somewhat for us to get a chance to get him down for an OV & try to see if we can sway him in our favor.
As of last week he was seen as an Auburn lean, but we’ll see if we can convince him to stay closer to home.
When you 6'3 210 that 4.5 speed hit different. If its legit 4.5 thats still MOVING at that size.. and I am the SPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDD guy around here because been screaming for yearss we slow af and was told thats not true, lollllIf ****ey is really running a 4.58, not so sure about that given Gaddis desire to significantly upgrade overall team speed. I posted Saturday Francis isn’t dead as some folks think.Lewis Carter at LB was mentioned on his show. I don't think I've seen his name at all. Found that interesting, makes me feel that the LB is bigger than the public might know.

Then try to remember it's @DMoney opinion. My two cents don't get two bummed out.Not gonna lie that post was a rollercoaster. Great news on Collins but the Jaxon, Malik, and Aguero note was kind of a bummer.
Seems like that’s kinda going against what’s been trending for at least Jaxon and Malik.
What’s the story on the Army All American game?Unlike the previous staff who couldn’t keep chit under wraps, who knows w/ Mario. The Army All American game taught me everything about how we now move.
Honestly, even going back to K Thibs when he was at UO; we all knew he was SC bound. My boy was bragging about Kayvon bringing SC back. He was pegged to go there since his sophomore yr, & voila, he commits to UO. I don’t put anything past this staff as long as Mario is there. I hate to keep comparing, but even Mario does it; he reminds me of Saban in how he recruits. Little is known about Bama’s recruits until u see them pounce like a tiger in the wild. Stealth & methodical. I like how we’re going about business; stealth & methodical.
I hope the injuries haven’t killed his spirit and love for the game. We can’t like people aren’t human but injuries take a mental toll as well as physical.Someone credible recently stated (can't recall for sure if it was Cribby or someone else) he was slacking big time on his rehab and overall work ethic in general. That info would coincide with DMoney's post.
Top 10 draft pick. No pressure kid. LolBrown is CJ Henderson IMO. Know folks like @DMoney see that too.
GREAT writeup @DMoneyThe board needs more fresh content, so I’ll be emptying the notebook every week or so with the latest on the team and the class. This was a huge weekend before the dead period, and Miami can expect to land multiple commits.
- The first domino was Jaden Rashada, Top 5 QB out of Pittsburg, CA. He has something in common with Gino Torretta and Ken Dorsey- all three are from Contra Costa County in the Bay Area of California. Hopefully, they will have also have Canes national titles in common soon. Numerous WRs have expressed their excitement about Rashada, including the #3 overall player in 2024, Josiah Trader. He was on campus today and is responding very well to the Canes. Another name who is excited about the news- Miami Immortals teammate and #2 overall player in 2024, Desmond Ricks.
- Nathanial “Ray Ray” Joseph is the next domino to fall. Expect him to commit to Miami this week. Some inside the building feel that he and Robby Washington are the two top players in South Florida. This team lacks players who can take a kick or a short pass to the house. It’s been a problem with the program for years despite a tradition of dynamic players. Joseph and Washington will change that.
- The next name to watch is Collins Acheampong, a 6’7, 254 pound basketball player-turned-DE from Anaheim. He is announcing on July 1st. The Crystal Balls read Michigan, but if I had to pick the next commit (besides RayRay) this would be it. A lot of Rousseau comparisons coming out of the weekend.
- Three names at the tip-top of the overall board are OTs Samson Okunlola, Francis Mauioga and Monroe Freeling. A source said “these are the types of guys we haven’t been getting” and Miami is in serious play for all three. They will be battles, though. My personal guess (not a report) is that we land one of the three.
- Malik Bryant is quiet and hard to read. We will know more as time goes on there. With Joneel Aguero, my guess is Ohio State. Jaxon Howard could pick Miami but I’m leaning LSU here.
- I expect TE Riley Williams to pick the Canes and add to an already-stellar room.
- Miami made up significant ground with Cormani McClain, especially with his mother. DVD is doing great work here. This will be an ongoing battle. The biggest hurdle is his relationship with TRob at Alabama. They are ahead of Florida.
- Johnathan Cline (OL from Cartersville, GA) has the green light, but if he doesn’t pop soon I’d expect other names to emerge quickly. Madden Sanker won’t be a factor going forward. The name to watch is Tommy Kinsler, the massive OL from Ocala. He committed to the Gators without his full family present, and Miami made a great impression on them this weekend. We will push hard for a flip.
- The next two big targets on the board are Jalen Brown and Hykeem Williams. Expect us to crank up the heat on both of them (it was already hot). Mario is a huge fan of both.
- TraVonte Citizen has blown away players and coaches with his size upon arrival. I would put Parrish and Knighton as the top two backs headed into camp, but Citizen has a chance to rise quickly.
GREAT writeup @DMoney
Only thing I think is wrong is your RB report. I think if Don is fully healthy he takes the lead role. He's just that much better than the rest from what I've seen.
Yeah. Mario likes to talk body types. 6’3”, legit 4.5, can run routes, and sticky hands is the body type that gets you to multiple pro bowls. He ran 4.5 as sophomore and he's a legit 6'3 with hands and leaping ability. ****ey far and away better.
In the limited snaps and then HS Highlights I see a RB that has power, speed and vision. Always getting positive yards. When healthy he's the best RB in the room. This is my OP though and my OP doesn't mean squat. What have you seen?
