Only thing I would say is Arroyo is the only one that is a good receiving and blocking threat. Not sure how he will be 1 year removed from an ACL that happened during the season.Do we really need another TE in the portal? We have 6 guys which seems like more than enough. Or am I crazy?
1. Elijah Arroyo
2. Jaleel Skinner
3. Kahlil Brantley
6. Dominic Mammarelli
5. Riley Williams
6. Jackson Carver
He’s still on the visitSo nothing on the Texas A&M DT in the portal?
This concerns me. Seems like the same thought as last year that never came to be.- Staff also hopes/anticipates more quality options at WR will enter the portal after bowl games and spring practices.
I have no reason to believe anything different.Would you say that the Washington twins are locked in?
Were your in gator tears about Fletcher or is something else brewingI kept telling y’all don’t buy all the UF smoke and Cb’s with Fletcher just yet. It’s never been close to done as people thought.
Did you forget the word “not” at the end?I have no reason to believe they are.
Is that a zero or a capital O?
Currently ? Taking a morning deuce last I heard.where dat texas a&m dl at?
That makes two of usCurrently ? Taking a morning douce last I heard.
Mid? Come on, man. Bank is always LOADED. D$ can’t help it that he’s two weeks ahead of everyone else.Bank was mid this week
-Nothing about QB
-Only 1 potential RB mentioned
-A lot of ?'s at WR
-Potentially adding an undersized DT
- Nothing about secondary
-What coaches getting relieved of duties?
I know you can never have too many RBs especially after what happened this past season with injuries but if miami gets fletcher and another portal back that's gna be 6 high end guys again. Wonder if anyone will be looking to move on. Seems in today's game nobody is willing to wait their turn. That would put us at Parrish, Chaney, Citizen, Johnson, Fletcher, and portal back...- Fletcher visiting this weekend and the staff feels good about their chances.
- Looking to also add another RB through the portal.
- On the subject of WR’s, he said we’re likely to add 2-3 WR’s through the portal. Mentioned nothing about us pursuing other high school WR recruits.
- The portal guys he mentioned were Thornton (he’s visiting and the staff feels good about him, but it’s not a done deal yet) and DeBose (who will take some time since he needs to graduate first for immediate eligibility since he’s already transferred once).
- Staff also hopes/anticipates more quality options at WR will enter the portal after bowl games and spring practices.
- At TE, Mikeska is the current Miami commit who’s most likely to flip. Visiting South Carolina this weekend. Williams and Carver sound solidly committed. We’ll look to add another TE through the portal.
- At OL, we’ll turn to the portal now that the high school class is wrapped up with the addition of Okunlola. We’re in really good shape for Cohen.
- At DL, we’re hosting Thomas Gore this weekend and the staff really likes him despite his measurables not aligning with their emphasis on body types. Gore has drawn comparisons to Calijah Kancey. We’re also still trying to flip Etta from Michigan.
I was thinking the same thing. Gonna be another logjam there. Similar to RB. Guys don't seem to want to wait their turn anymore either. With the transfer portal. They don't play much 1 season and they bounce. Only so many reps to be had...if miami signs Fletcher johnson and goes portal for RB will be up to 6 quality backs again with someone bound to be unhappy with their PTDo we really need another TE in the portal? We have 6 guys which seems like more than enough. Or am I crazy?

Yes. Everything from the bank has been on board all week. Usually we get something to look out for. Sue me.Is that a zero or a capital O?
Mid? Come on, man. Bank is always LOADED. D$ can’t help it that he’s two weeks ahead of everyone else.
For example, nobody else has shared the nugget on Grant D.
That was a scare to start the morningI have no reason to believe anything different.
Well pretty sure that's why he has portal WR's visiting. And it IS early yet in the portal process as there will be a second wave of entries after the bowl games are done. Right now he has two 6'5" WR's visiting and pretty sure the plan is to take 2-3 via the portal, + trying to add another flip for the 2023 class. Might also be adding another TE via the portal if Mikeska does in fact flip to South Carolina. Hope he sticks ... he is a legit 6'7" guy and plays with an attitude. Not breaking news here but this class will be incomplete without an influx of wide receiver talent through the portal. I trust the loafers to get it done.
