Overall positive news, but my biggest wishlist for this class was to land some of these big time DT’s like Stone, Scott(or at least one of them). We continue to recruit edge guys really well, but if you’re weak up the middle teams are just going to pound the ball and run right at you all game. The most successful programs of the last decade(Bama, Georgia, Clemson, etc.)are always stout in the trenches. Hopefully we still have a shot with some of these dudes.

- Miami is also having very good conversations with DE Dylan Stewart (Washington DC.) I didn’t get the sense anything was imminent, but the Canes feel they are right in it despite reported Ohio State buzz.

- Miami is building momentum with two big names: S Zaquan Patterson (Chaminade) and LB Chris Cole (Salem, VA).
