I might think more of the off field hires than the new field staff at this point this off season and he will also coach them up. Hopefully this last on field D spot is a HR hire, also. Are you referring to talent acquisition or coaching staff? We have a lot of young talent at both positions. Unless they struggle in the spring, I don't really see us adding in any more players in those rooms. Specifically in the DL room. There is a reason we didn't add an experienced DE and only added Blay

I would think Hetherman will be the LB coach and we will hire S & DL coaches too. This guy was hired as an off field coach, but you know this already.
