Unless this kid pulled a taylor jacobs and banged a coaches wife on staff, no reason to not take him

FWIW, Manny Navarro always said in his mailbags that he is high on Brooks coming to Miami.

I was kinda surprised that he mentioned it so openly, because I thought there was no way we get Brooks, yet here we are...

he talks to Kelvin Harris and i believe Kelvin is familiar with Brooks Dad.. Kelvin always positive about these things, i would take that with a grain of salt at this stage of the game

Probably an unpopular opinion, but if we had to drop commitments to add T2 and/or Brooks... I'm looking at Davis and Arroyo. Both are OOS kids that we really don't have established pipelines to the schools or areas versus our kids in SOFLO and both positions are pretty stacked.

We are not dropping Arroyo. He is one of the top tight ends in the country and he is originally from South Florida.

Let the grown ups talk so you can soak up some game

don't tell me T2 is gonna be this years Flowe. but if I had to pick id drop Davis for T2. NCAA has to do something with the counters and roster management after this year so I say wait and see

Miami is not dropping Davis. Of all the positions that Miami has evaluated, we've been excellent at identifying DE talent. Diaz and co. are enamored with him. There is zero chance he will be dropped.

Why are you against porsters who know how to read the list of verbals and sort it by player ranking...and then post SUCH insightful analysis based on their limited reading comprehension?

"Player's hometown is not South Florida. He is not a take." You have to love that brilliance. Like that one porster who tried to act like Brian Hightower was some alien from another planet with no ties to UM.

These are good problems to have.

As far as QB and CB I'm not high enough on Garcia or Brown to save spots for them.

Truthfully we won't need elite CBs if we land all these defensive players and more because our front 7 and scheme will kill everything in our way.

Arroyo???

No ****** way. He's literally one of the best TE's in the country, he's not getting dropped for anybody.

And he's originally from South FL... Even if he wasn't it wouldn't matter, he's a spectacular TE & under no circumstances should he or will he get dropped.
People are just throwing out random names to drop and they have no clue.

Not to mention the kid is originally from SFL. Thomas Davis and Malik Curtis are literally the only kids in this entire class that don't have a hard connection to the SFL "State of Miami" three county area and Curtis is from fricking Ft. Myers, only a quick 2 hour drive away from campus and Thomas is from the state next door. Probably not a more localized class in all of CFB this year.

Love it.
