From what I've seen in the last 10 years or so, highly recruited kids who make this much "look at me" type of noise on social media tend to not amount to much in college. We've been spurned on NSD by plenty of them.

I wish I could provide you all with a list, but I don't really care enough to do so.

If we do sign Lewis? Cool, good job Manny. If (when) we don't? Then "meh".

Wonder what happens if he backs up and plays off the line. I'm guessing there is a reason that wasn't shown. Call me crazy, but I would expect a LB'er to maul a WR at the line like he did.
Fair, but I'd also expect the WR to be able to get off the line at some point vs. a LB playing press. Video only shows 2 attempts, but after watching them I'm more curious about whether that WR ever managed to get 2 yards upfield, lol.

The risk seems worth the reward, all the big dawgs bring in studs like this & see if it works out. Whats the worst that can happen? We banish his *** to FIU?

What’s being the rumor that this kid even wanted to be here in the first place?

That whole episode might be a little petty and maybe he's got some knucklehead in him, but if a coaching staff can harness this kid's competitiveness, watch out. I mean, ****, it seems that all of this arose from some innoucuous tweet not even directed at him. He definitely has the "hit stick bust d* talk ****" routine down pat!

Ppl say he HAD interest... But from what I see, he hates miami NOW.

Your spanish doppelganger, Trescerocinco, disagrees. I don't know who is right. Lewis is talented but I don't think Miami should kiss his behind. If he wants in, I'd take him but Diaz shouldn't chase him. Miami needs to hurry up and get C. Smith in the class, then we can consider dancing with Lewis.
