A Clemson/Alabama offer is a game changer for every kid, even the solid one. The least they can do is thinking about it (and then hopefully reject it and stay home), but if you are saying that they should ignore the two most successful programs in the last decade, you’re just wrong.

I think it would be helpful for everyone on this thread to go look at Clemson's recruiting board over on 247...we are not recruiting against the Clemson's of the world as of now, worry more about our battles with UF, FSU etc. Clemson is probably just lining Tennison up as backup option.

Don’t think we have to worry about Clemson unless they whiff on 3-4 of their top safety targets. They apparently are in good position for Mickens. Their class has the chance to be #1 by a mile.

Nope. They never take enough recruits (volume wise) for this. They'll be at like 20 again with a very high average

if This kid flips idk if it says more about where the program stands or more about his character. I always wonder if kids like him are using us or just didn’t believe they were good enough to get offered by a school like Clemson. They sound all G when they commit but but get all soft when other schools come calling.
This reminds me a lot of the Crowley situation. Taking a visit so soon after an offer never sounds good. Getting a ratings bump also says a lot about who really pulls the strings in these so called independent sites.
Let’s hope he sticks.

I wont give my source (should of left that out in the original comment) its not 100% but us being a push over on the trail for elites i would favor that its highly possible.
