Getting word that Miami Central head coach Telly Lockette will head to #FSU as their WR coach. Still trying to confirm.

I wonder if Nate regrets leaving early? I mean he still had a **** good NFL career so its not like he lost out on anything but I wonder if he would have loved to be on that 2000 team. I know there was the story about him getting drunk and sending the papers by mistake and sobering up the next day trying to get them back. But I never knew if there was a back story to that. Always seemed a little fishy to me..Maybe one of you cats who knew him can shed some light..

BTW, I remember watching him back in 95' when Northwestern played Plantation (Al blades was the star safety) and Nate was a MONSTER!!!! Buddy took that head to head matchup with Al Blades personally. Let everyone in that stadium know who was the best defensive player in south florida that night. Had like 20 tackles I kid you not..Shame he had to go out like he did..
