Telly Lockette to FSU or USF?

Getting word that Miami Central head coach Telly Lockette will head to #FSU as their WR coach. Still trying to confirm.

So amending my earlier tweet, it seems Lockette was offered an off the field position. Also holds an offer from USF as position coach.

Jesus Christ pleas no! If true jimbo is trying to counteract what we did by taking coley so they have a presence in sofl

good hire if they do, it will help them with relationships with schools down here. But, i dont see them flipping Cook, Yearby or Darling because of it, especially if he's not even going to be coaching up there

As for Yearby it means nothing no matter where he goes......As for Darling it might matter if he goes to FSUck it wont matter if he goes to usf

Lets hope. Would be great news to see him at USF as opposed to FSU. Hopefully he would take a position coach job over an off field role.

I believe we will be good to go with Yearby since we have Coley and he has a really good connection with him. Darling is also a solid commit that man is all cane. Cook didnt have FSU in his top 4 but that could all change now I assume. It will have a big impact for the noles with south Florida but i dont think it will affect our commits

Nice! I'd imagine he'd go with a job that actually keeps him coaching as opposed to in operations. And he probably knows Jimbo's a dbag to his assistants anyways
