Taulia Tagovaiola

Nah, we shouldn't recruit him. Alabama putting up a house for Tua and his fam says enough. It's just surprising that his whole recruitment screamed bags. Yet NCAA does nothing.

I was Reading an interview on him a few weeks back and he seemed high on LSU and will take visits..

He’s a Bama qb commit, seeing that bama has 2 blue chip QB commits including taulia(tua’s brother) do you all think we should pursue him for our qb in this class? I mean we have nothing at this point for this class so we might as well.

with the person put in charge to pursue him...this would be like your local homeless man trying to bag Oprah

They are in Georgia for sure with Kirby up there

Kirby is going after everyone right now; Did you see where he is on Chris Steele? Steele gave an interview to someone yesterday and said UGA is showing him the most interest. Trying to figure out how he can visit. since he has no more OVs

Another cb prospect? Hmm

Property values go up, taxes, overall cost of living exceeds income increases, etc. Who knows when they bought their house or if it was left by their parents, but if they have a property tax, that goes up in time as well.

We don't know, but there are all kinds of plausible reasons why they could be upside down, barely staying afloat, or even financially set but making a sound investment by cashing out and following their son. One thing I am certain of, their cost of living dropped dramatically with the move.

What their job is, again we have no clue. They might not have a job as they could've come out so far ahead that they're good for right now. Home values in Hawaii are astronomical compared to Alabama.

As for why elite QB's would pick Alabama, they're sold the dream. They are told that they can be the man and the offense will look like this and that with them at the helm. You'll be protected by a stout OL, have a backfield full of stud tailbacks, and a complement of blazers at the wide receiver position. I would also bank on job availability being much higher in Alabama rather than Hawaii.........unless you want to sell trinkets to tourists.

Stud recruits are winners who think they'll go wherever, change the game, and conquer college football on the way to the NFL with a final landing spot in Canton. You sell them the dream and they'll keep coming as they have.

As for the next response, the median home value in Alabaster, AL is $171,000. That wont buy you jack in Hawaii. Even lower income homes go for more than that.

The median home value in Hawaii is $615k compared to $126k for the state of Alabama. For comparison sake, FL is $224k. You're talking different a stratosphere as land is a precious commodity on the islands so the value of even cheap homes there is high.

Don't miss me with that.
Alabaster is definately not high income I would know. And Thompson is just an average public school. If they were looking for bags they definately could have done better.
