Stop with the Golden will be here till 2020 bs

Golden signed an extension through 2020. So ******* what. Both of our last coaches were fired with years left on their contract and the same will probably happen to Golden.

Here's what happens when the you know what hits the fan and our fans really quit on the team. They stop showing up. The whiggers stop buying wife beaters and gold ibis chains. Revenue from the football program plummets. Golden has 4 or 5 years left, well guess what? 4 or 5 more years of lost football revenue due to poor performance is MORE than whatever Golden's buyout is. So a business decision is made. And a coach gets fired. In addition, prominent alumni and boosters start throwing their weight around, the BOT gets involved. Not even Shalala can stop the firing when the boosters and BOT want the coach gone. So stop with this, we're stuck with him nonsense. We're not.

Make no mistake about it. Golden's seat is starting to get warm. It's not super hot and I wouldn't be surprised if he got 1 more season even if he doesn't do well next year, but he's starting to feel the heat.

I think next years his last, if he doesnt recruit dt better right now with this class the d wont be god. Valentines probably holds the keys to AG future hes that good, if not then by next year we will be looking for a coach gurantee it because I know we not beating fsu.

If Golden has success he'll blow out of here so fast and leave the half-empty stadium, bitter Randy slurpers, street agents and ****** fan base in his rearview mirror.

I think Butch has got 5-7 years left in him. So if Golden is gone in 1-2 years then we can grab Butch and the understudy of his choice to keep the program headed in the right direction.
 
Yep, we'll go after Butch and his protege in 2-3 years. Or Chud, Coach O or maybe Petrino after he tires again of Louisville.

If he's still around. Butch still wants to coach but he's not gonna sit on his *** forever hoping and waiting for this job.

Anybody claiming that we are stuck with him is just completely ignorant of recent UM history. Shannon and Coker got fired in similar situations to Golden and like OP pointed out, both had years left on their contracts from an extension. And a bunch of people claimed there was no way either would get fired. We go 7-5 or 6-6, he is fired next year.

The reality is that 5 wins might be our max next year, so Golden will be gone.
 
i was very high on Golden when he went after Coley and Crystobal,

I don't blame him for the PSU mess. The Doritto thing is what is killing everyone

Our administration doesn't care about winning. They aren't going to fire him.



Can't compare him to Randy. The entire fanbase had turned on Randy. Half of our fans are still slurping him and bowing to his feet for "choosing us for Penn State"

I'm willing to bet the clock on golden didnt start until the NCAA made a decision and the cloud was lifted. Randy Shannon didn't have any clouds.

If he wins and turns us around he'll be NFL bound if he stays the same or worse he'll be gone in 1-2yrs. Either way someone else will be coaching in 2020
