Stephen Morris vs louisville

Morris had his issues, but OL got their dlcks kicked in the dirt that game. If they don't have a better showing this time, Kaaya is in for a long night.

The right side of our OL worries me in this regard. I can see Petrino and the DC he hates attacking that side like crazy and confusing Gadbois and BK all night long.

Matt Pipho ain't walking through that door on Monday night

If we can take the lead early, I see Duke getting aroun 32 carries meaning Kayaa throws around 19-20 passes for 150ish yards.. That would be our best scenario

I am guessing we will see a 12-20 to 15-20 game from Kayaa. Most of those will be short yardage throws, we just have to hope the WR & RB turn them into big gains. I think we will take a couple of shots though.

Agreed. Also expecting to see Coley or Waters on the reverse at least once during the game.

I'd like to see us take a shot or two early to keep the D honest by showing them we aren't afraid to let our true frosh thrown on them, then focus on a ball control/run heavy offense with conservative passing until the D starts over-commiting to stop the run at which point BK will have his feet wet and we can start expanding the O and sending Dorsett on some 9 routes. BOOM!

If Kaaya can't hit some passes early, they will stack the line and take away the run. They will want to take away the run game first and make Kaaya make throws. I think he will, and they'll be forced to back up. Then Duke has a field day.
We are going to have to throw, but the run game will be the key. If we don't have success running, we are screwed

Agreed. 1/3 of those incompletions where likely thrown out of bounds to avoid a sack.

...after passing up very make-able throws underneath until it was too late and throwing it away was all he could do.
