Morris Jr year was decent with lots of future potential. Senior year, I've never seen a QB implode his career in such fashion. Just really bad!

Morris became dead to.me the moment he ran out of bounds a yard short from a first on third down against FSU.

we were bumping him 12 months ago because of some offseason award he wins. now we're dogging him.

hilarious how we're calling them the next coming till they leave our campus then we dog them when they're gone.

Stick to your screen name

this is the type of stuff that has made this site go down hill.

what was the point of that dig? I simply stated an opinion. why are you so sensitive about an opinion different than yours? keep it to yourself
No offense but if you joined in June and it's not even end of August, exactly what site decline could you actually have noticed.

If he ever learned proper mechanics and how to throw short and intermediate passes he could be a career back-up in the league.

We had a full season of less than sterling performance to help change our minds. And, it's not them, it's him.

This. Watch his play from last year, there's a reason he's being dogged.

A couple of years in the CFL would be good for him. Maybe down the line a back up?

I think he did it against vtec to. Remember him over throwing screen and swing passes?? Yeah he is a cane but don't change the fact that he is ***..

Jon Gruden said during the game telecast that " I spoke to a few NFL evaluators and their nickname for Morris is Tincup. Said just like the Kevin Costner character in the movie, he can make an unbelievable plays but struggles with simple routine plays. That is why he went undrafted"

Tin cup...lol

Dude stinks, I'm glad he's gone

Stop that. Kid is a Cane brother. We are THE U or just some small *** snob haven for rich kids. Being THE U is not free or cheap. We never turn our back on a brother. Vinny cost us two NC's, his he crap too? Not all Canes are great players, but ALL Canes are family.

He developed a bad habit of throwing off the back foot due to the injury. And, frankly, his pocket poise leaves a lot to be desired. Never know. If he can make the practice squad and Fisch can groom him, maybe the guy can stick.

That's a message board myth. He has thrown off his back foot for years. He didn't develop that habit because of the injury. His footwork, against live competition as opposed to in shorts and helmets, has always been an issue.

lol, that's pretty funny, but we did score on that drive and he actually threw one of the best looking td passes to Hurns a Cane QB has ever thrown.

Good luck Stephen in the NFL. What worries me is that Ryan couldn't see the field even with Snickers injured and he was basically penciled in as the starter before he went down.

Great arm but that's about it. I'm still dumbfounded that Williams couldn't get on the field with how badly Morris played last year...even when he was injured.

I saw two throw's from Kaaya in the scrimmage highlights that Morris would never have made.

Morris stop planting and throwing. He became too Jay Cutlerish in his early years, bad mechanics and relying too much on his arm strength. He needs to have his mechanics refined. I don't deny the potential is there, but that ankle injury completely through that guy off. He needs work to get those mechanics back, then he'll be good.

not sure why anyone is calling this guy an ***, unless you know him personally and is in fact an ***. he underperformed in miami and let a lot of people down, probably including himself, all of which makes him a not-so-good football player, but not really an ***.
