Statistics - A Dorito's Worst Nightmare

He blasts his players all the time for not executing, that inability to execute is on the coaches.....

He needs to blast himself and his coaches for putting out such a horrid product the last few weeks.....

What kind of coach takes playmakers from south Florida and coaches them to be timid and scared, not give up the big play, how bout turnin your athletes loose and making the other team react to what you are doing.....

If we had blitzed Logan Thomas all nite with straight man coverage at least you might get some picks and some negative plays instead of that pussification **** where you allow a qb known for not handling the pressure, to play pitch and catch with walkon level talent at wideout....

I don't know what you guys expected from a bend but don't break defense. His prevent defense almost cost us 2 games but you didn't want to hear it because we were undefeated

The weak schedule is what improved the defensive statistics. Can't believe I fell for it.

I will not be duped again. This DC & Golden will NEVER win the ACC outright.
We might backdoor our way into a coastal division 1st place every now & then... but that's it.

In Cheetos I trust

Dorito always says, "it's not about yards, it's about points." By his own metric he is an abject failure.

It is a flawed philosophy, and it makes no sense. You don't want the opposing team to score, but you are going to concede yardage, and let them freely move into the "redzone," where points are easily attained? It's counterintuitive.

Just to give you an idea.. Here are the top 10 scoring defenses in the country, along with their total yardage ranking.

Scoring Defense Rank (total yards allowed in parenthesis)

1. Louisville (2)
2. Alabama (6)
3. Michigan State (1)
4. Florida St (4)
5. Wisconsin (7)
6. Baylor (9)
7. Bowling Green (18)
8. Ohio St (10)
9. Virginia Tech (3)
10. Oregon (28)

You're not going to allow 500 yards a game (pretty much what we're doing in ACC play so far) and somehow have a great scoring defense.

Those two things cannot coexist.

Dorito is a crappy person and most likely steals his neighbor's newspapers and doesn't return their tools.

But Consigliere and TheFranchise told me so....

Franchise is changing his tune and claiming that he knew all along. Consigliere has not shown his face. You forgot Ilovelamp.

Dorito's the type of guy who mows his grass two feet past the property line, and blows his grass clippings onto his neighbor's lawn.

Somebody please bombard Golden with these stats so maybe he lets Coach D go. Email, Twitter, Facebook. Whatever...get the message to Golden

Wow. Basically right now this defense is performing about the same as last year's defense which was the worst in school history.

These guys (al and mark) have had 3 years to implement their scheme. Chickillo, Porter, Pierre, Robinson, Green, Cornelius, Perryman, Gaines, Rodgers, Highsmith...all these guys have been here learning from these coaches all 3 years. Howard, Crawford, Bush, Jenkins, Howard, Gunter have been here 2 years learning this scheme. That's the majority of our 2 deep on defense. I understand that some of these guys suck. **** I've been leading the "it's the talent" bandwagon. But at this point, with all those guys being coached by this staff for that long, there is no reason in this world why these guys should be this bad except bad corching. That's it, there is no other conclusion at this point. None.

Last year we were "young"...I got the same feeling yesterday I did against fsu at home with randy...nothing al can say about yesterday.
