Spring Transfer Portal

That's because we're deep into Kool Aid season right now. In most years, I'd be right there with you. But I've learned that when I see holes in the Spring that aren't filled by the fall, 9 times out of 10, they're holes in the fall, too. And I personally see the WR, NG, CB2, OLB and LT as massive holes.
Ironically, it's also overreaction season.

I'd take him all day long and twice on Sunday.

Henderson had 1 really big play, apparently on a bust, and another catch for about 28yds. Otherwise went 36-304 for 8.5 per. Qb a factor, apparently.

Watched the HS tape - as advertised, lots straight-line stuff. Saw very little cutting. Looks like a Stacey Coley, Ted Ginn  type. Not saying he's that caliber.
Richardson is *** I have no clue what NFL scouts see. Sure he’s a freak athlete but will also complete 50% or below his passes. See Trey Lance as a comp dudes already getting traded

Trey Lance is like 5% the athlete Anthony Richardson is lol. It is incredibly simple what NFL scouts see - LITERALLY The most athletic QB of all time. He's literally #1 in terms of athleticism. And he has a strong arm. If teams feel they can get his mind and accuracy right, they think they'll have a superstar. ... You want that or the guy that puts Mayo in his coffee and eats bananas without peeling them? lol

We lack playmakers and true difference makers. We also lack experience. Off the top of my head, I don’t think anyone on our roster has ever had a season of over 400 yards receiving. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

Colbie Young (and probably Ray Ray with that speed) is probably the only potential decent draftable prospect. The rest of the guys are undrafted free agent types.
I don’t know bro. Again how can you see that are WRs aren’t playmakers when the QB barely can get the ball out???? How do y’all not see or understand that O-Line was THAT BAD!!! We could have had any WR you like in our offense last year and he would have been trash!!!! In my opinion, I like our WR and unless George Pickens in the portal, I really don’t see any of these other guys coming in and taking someone spot. Probably will add depth though.

You need to talk to Mario not sure how many times he said during the spring he needs the outside Wr's to be more consistent and they would be looking to upgrade.

**** I would of settled for Dee Wiggins in 2022, he probably would of started.
Has everything physically but that’s about it lol.
If we do want him, have to think he’s ours out of that group. I know Louisville can offer money, but one of the main reasons he hit the portal was because he wants a QB to throw him the ball. The Cardinals just lost Cunningham (who wasn’t that good of a passer anyways but still) and will have Cal transfer Jack Plummer at the helm of their passing attack. He was pretty pedestrian in 2022 with the Golden Bears, and while he did end up throwing for just over 3,000 yards in eight games with a 21:9 TD/INT ratio, he had a QBR below 50 and threw at least one interception in 6/8 games.

TVD is by far the best passer out of this group, unless a bigger program comes sniffing around.
lmao players don’t care about QBr and TD/INT ratio. They care about yards and TDs. And throwing for 3k in 8 games is nuts. That’s 375 per game and just under 3 TD per. You gonna eat as a WR playing with this guy even if he throws hella pics 😂

We added speed too. Ray Ray and Robby are faster than any WRs we had on the team and Dawson knows how to get them the ball. Im not as critical as others of the WR position right now. We had a bum OL which took many injuries plus Gattis, then u get erratic TVD. Combo for bad offense. WR rely on others the most. Boote was looking sus for LSU early in the year when they were struggling to figure stuff out.
