Napier has always run a 3-back system, he did at ULL.

At UF last year AR was essentially the 3rd back, but this year they don’t have a mobile QB, so the 100+ carries that went to Richardson will go to a RB. But that’s always been his system, RB’s get plenty of burn in his Offense.
