- Jojo Trader was put in competitive situations with veteran Charles Brantley working against one another and I thought the young pass catcher flashed. He’s a bit thicker this spring and showcased an ability to beat press-man coverage and get vertical and win. He also won in the short and intermediate game. Brantley got physical with Trader at the line of scrimmage and he responded from that challenge from an older, productive cornerback.

- On the defensive side of the ball, linebacker freshman linebacker Kellen Wiley had an interception while covering Mark Fletcher. He is as physically impressive as any ‘backer on the roster.

- Bobby Pruitt intercepted a pass against the running backs, and then broke up a pass in 1-on-1’s while covering a tight end

-Brantley very physical. He and Trader tangled up numerous times

Wiley was at Will linebacker. Going to be a problem

- First team defensive line during one drill was: DE Rueben Bain, DT Justin Scott, DT Ahmad Moten, and DE Akheem Mesidor.
