Besides Olsen (too obvious) - who are the players you're excited about seeing/hearing about this Saturday?

For me, it's Jamal Carter on defense and Standish Dobard on offense. Odd choices maybe, but those are two guys who've been getting rave reviews in camp and I really want to see what they can do.

What sayeth the board?

You picked my two, so I will give you another two.

On offense, I am excited to see what Malcolm Lewis can do with a full year removed from his injury. On defense, I am excited to see Grace. I think he was a hidden gem of his class, and was not prepared to play last year.

Want to see Dallas's evolution in the secondary as well as see Coley run by and around everyone.

Rashawn Scott.

I feel he brings an ability to make acrobatic catches that no other WR on our team other than Coley is able to make. He seemed to have good chemistry with Williams. I wonder can he and Olsen have that as well.

I think Rashawn Scott's issues, other than the off-the-field stuff, was Morris' inability to hit the shallow routes. Whenever Williams was in, he and Beau seemed to get plenty off balls thrown in their direction.

I hope, pray, and think, Olsen is the perfect compliment of Ryan and Steven, which allows him to hit the routes which are open, while also being capable of launching the ball deep.

**This is not a knock on Williams' arm, but rather a compliment to the well-roundness of Olsen's game.

Offense:
Taylor Gadbois - biggest ? on offense in my opinion
Olsen - obvi

Defense:
Huertelou - same reason as Gadbois
Carter - I wanna see him take someone's head off.

Coley and Burns

Coley because he is that **** exciting

Burns because I want to see him shut some people up this season

Thomas? He's not on campus yet I don't think, though he might be in attendance...

Im looking forward to a team of Al's boys ready to play!!! They will better than the past teams so excited about that.

CT should show up in the stands with some friends from Frost and bust this out:

I want to see Dallas Crawford. From everything I've seen on the spring vids he plays with his hair on fire and is a sure tackler. He's a **** of a football player and could make that secondary one of the best in the country IMO (with a pass rush). One of my favorite Canes.

On offense Its Gus Edwards. He's looked very fast especially on the last camp report up the sideline. For a dude that big to run like that and show a little shake is impressive. Now let's If he can start getting his pad level down in traffic and in goaline situations.

The right side of the Oline including Gall. Three new starters (Gall temporarily) that need to step up and make defense think twice about slanting and run blitzing toward EF AND Mungo every other play. Specifically I will be watching Taylor G vs McCord and AQM. TG has all the makings of a prick hopefully his play matches his disposition.

When you see him, tell your cuz we can't wait till he's on that field!

I would also like to add Crawford. Much respect for that dude. Team player. All about the U should be his middle name. Hope is knocks someone out on the kickoff of the Louisville game.

Taylor Gadbois.....i need to see his performance at that RT spot.
(Ive been driving the Standish Dobard bus since his commitment i know how he can perform)

Raphael Kirby...need to see him solidify that spot...hes way more athletic than he showed last yr...i could literally see him thinking when on the field last yr. When in blitz situations he did great imo...him stepping up along with Perryman can hopefully make up for nay deficiencies we have coaching wise.

Calvin Heurtolou.....the new dt...just to see hwere he is at..as im not a fan of Earl Moore or Corey King despite reports.

Darrion Owens...kid showed me alot on the clips this spring..dont think he redshirts, he will be a special teams ace..with plus size.

Darling/Mcdermott...to see which one of the two likely takes a shirt.
