Spoke to someone with Matthew Thomas info...

I've been told Miami for over 6 months, and trust my source. Same source has been right about 10+ other kids.

Don't like bro being at Tally CC at all. Does he have any sisters or girlfriends we can get into UM?

Well, no matter what happens, we're going to need at least 2, maybe 3 backers in this class. I think this Parker kid could be a nice find, and there's some promising looking JC prospects as well. Maybe even a kid like Deeb could be reconsidered. I've heard really good things about him......

FSU has been irrelevant for the same amount of time as we have on the field.

THAT SAID....they have flashy facilities and a legitimate gameday atmosphere. When you are 17 years old you can get swept up in that stuff. It is easy for us on the board to say "if the facility was good enough for Ray Lewis it is good enough for Matt Thomas", but we have the luxury of being on the outside of this recruiting crap. I'm not saying it's right, but think about where these kids are coming from and then it makes a little more sense why schools like FSU and Tennessee get big hauls every year.
 
I still don't like the fact that he decided to take a trip to Trailerhassee specifically this past weekened, which was an important weekend to attend.

fsu's main attraction for the black athletes is quite frankly FAMU.

That school is loaded and i do me loaded with Black females for the choosing..also if your from south florida in all likelihood your going to have a bunch of former high school classmates and friends up there attending school.

what reason would there be for a kid to leave miami to go all the way up to tallahasee to go to Community College?...they do it every year...rent apartments, etc,...just so they can be up and around famu.

they probably had to drive his bro up to school so he took the free trip...school starts back this week coming up...

Famu is loaded with bad sisters and it really does help the noles in recruiting. The football players don't get along though. Back in the day they would fight all the time. I saw Famu guys almost beat a nole to death at Famu mardi grah!
 
FWIW a guy on CS who is Matt's barber says his sources at BTW are telling him Matt silently committed to the Noles this weekend. Says money talks...

I heard that from a guy in the City close to the streets that he is a silent commit to the U also.
 
I' m not losing SLEEP. I really like his film, but we cannot make him sign with us. If he chooses the enemy he is who we thought he was. On another note, I really like our young Lb's.. Kirby, Terry, and EJ.. I think we are in for a surprise fellas.

Do not forget Denzel is only a So we have him for another year.
