Golden is directly responsible for special teams this year. Not sure if that is a change from the past, but he is coordinating it and coaching it. This tells me a few things:
1) If the good players know what they are doing they will be begging to play ST because it means a real chance to get noticed by the big guy
2) Players will work their asses off
3) The attention to detail will be second to none
