For all the hoopla, Golden is quite a conservative coach.

His D scheme is very much bend, but don't break - which is quite complex. He definitely favours the 'student-athlete' that is going to make the fewest mental errors.

In 2014 that's probably Williams. Olsen will have to blow him out of the water to start.
