You win, You get recruits like this. IT'S THAT SIMPLE!!

Our fan base doesn't seem to quite understand that point right there.

Because it's not true. Other teams perform as well or worse than us and recruit better

Exhibit A,B,C??

Tennessee
Texas A&M
UCLA

Per 247 UCLA 54th A&M 6th(avg 88.18/26 commits) Tenn 11th(87.32/24 commits) and Miami 12th(87.40/22 commits)

I meant over time. But since you want to talk about just this year and seem to have limited intelligence due to the fact you can't compute that 6 and 11 are, in fact, higher rankings than 12, let's add Georgia 3rd (coming off an awesome 7-5 season That included home losses to Vandy and GT), LSU 5th (went 7-4 and fired a coach), and Notre Dame 8th, who is 4-8 with a coach on the hot seat (whose best win is us, btw). So I think my point still stands here, big guy. Record doesn't mean much in recruiting

So your examples are basically SEC schools.....and yes 6 and 11 are in fact higher rankings than 12, but i will point out, cause you have limited intelligence and like alot of porsters throw **** out there without thinking, they are ranked higher due to more commits. I understand what you are trying to say but use some of your brain when you make statements and back it up with bad info. Those other teams arent dealing with 10+ years of **** show and dealing with SF divas

I'm not going to turn this into a ****ing match, but you're incorrect here my friend. We have 21 commits, which is more than everyone I listed besides A&M and Tennessee, so that doesn't hold up. Your counter argument is not valid, as the original premise was that winning alone would result in better classes. Your response alone indicates that there are other factors (e.g. conference) that contributed to a higher class. So by default, you won my argument for me. I appreciate it.

if anything it is the other way around. teams recruit worse than us and perform better. sure i want to land all the studs but if i am going to land a top 15 class i would rather overperform with those guys than underperform with a top 10 class.

by the way did you happen to see the season UCLA put together this year. it was an unmitigated disaster.

Actually, Georgia, LSU, and ND have no in-state rivals to recruit against and are pretty much unopposed. Those are poor examples because no matter how bad they perform they'll always have first dibs on the best prospects from their respective states.

I agree. But the original point was that winning equates to better recruiting classes. It's not true
