Someone check this rookie (meaning me)

So Malik reads defenses? C'mon man!!!

Try re-reading my post and the post just before that to which my post was directed.
When you do that you will see that the discussion and comments were solely about Perry, not Rosier.
As I’ve stated that the inability to read defenses would be a Big Problem for Perry, it should be equally obvious that it would also be a big problem for any QB that is not able to read defenses.
You have apparently incorrectly misinterpreted the above to mean that someone was somehow stating that Malik reads defenses.

Yep and Rosier also can’t rewd defenses. So if it comes to who can escape the rush it’s Perry and not even close. Fans want to see what Perry has. We’ve seen enough of Malik.
Precisely. Neither can do it but Kosi has an excuse. He can work at it, while Malik hit his ceiling a long time ago.

The inability to read defenses is, however, a Big Problem.

This seems to be the problem all three of the young guys have. Maybe to varying degrees. IDK, it seems to me that would improve by playing against our first D in practice and getting live time in a game. Learn by experience -

No doubt Rosier will start but I think we see Kosi at some point during the game. Hope he balls out and we never see Rosier again. Kosi will be third qb in after Weldon.
Kosi will likely come in first, was second in line at practice at QB.
