Regarding Briles, hed do well here. Not a big time recruiter, but you dont hire him for that.

Runs a balanced attack, is creative, and maximizes strengths to exploit opponents weaknesses.

Of all the candidates linked, he is by far my favorite.

Would also be a nice continuation from his current situation in Arkansas w Pittman in that he'd be going to play for another HC w an OL background.

TVD arguably would be the first legit QB hes ever called plays for. Let that sink in for a moment.

I'm sure things pick some after ESD. You know how this works.
That's what I am thinking. Mario is going to focus on ESD then turn his attention to staff. While other schools have moved quickly, I read an article that surmised that Mario will use the Saban approach and will be deliberate in choosing staff. The guys he's bringing, and the current coaches being retained is a much easier calculus. Bringing in someone from outside his coaching umbrella requires more caution.

Ole Miss is a good comparison to what our Offense could potentially look like with Btiles.

Kiffin got alot of those concepts from papa Briles and Kendal in Boca.

Also worth noting that Jeff Lebby is an Art Briles disciple (also his son in law if you're into useless knowledge).

Ole Miss' run game is solid af which opened it up nicely for Corral for explosive plays in the air.
