We got turned down by a HC so imo it’s not a bad look at all. When I first heard Candle and Lewis I laughed , then I kept hearing Candle lol. Now that I sit back and look at if the strategy makes sense. More money , bigger stage and likely speeds up your trajectory to a better job.

Has nothing to do with the actual job, but as someone who travels from south Florida to Ohio regularly for work this guy just made a huge mistake when it comes to quality of where you live.

Quality of where you live is subjective. Some people like warm weather, some people like cold weather. Some people like city life (myself), some people like the country slow small town life.

I’m from Mississippi born and raised but have lived in Honolulu and now currently in San Diego. Only thing I miss about Mississippi is my family and fishing. California sucks IMO for fishing lakes btw. Lol, that was off topic but I just wanted to complain.
