I’ve tried to talk people off the ledges. The names I’ve heard are all good hires, meaning I’d be happy with any of them. That’s why I’ve been been positive with the whole thing. I know people expect the worst after the last two decades but I’ve said this is different and the proof is now in the pudding. The HC and AD search and money thrown around should tell you we won’t be hiring a Patrick Nix type. Those days are over.

I would be ESTATIC with a candle hire. Honestly i didn't think Mario had this kind of hire in him.

The thing i remember about UT when we played them was they seemed to have the right call for the situation. I think he has a feel for the game as a play caller that IMO is one of the most important aspects of calling plays. The best ones just have a knack for dialing up the right call at the right time.
