Sounds like he might be trying one last chance to get a good NFL job before opting to take say us…

Doubt he gets another NFL OC job…. Unless he wants to just be a WR coach somewhere
Hope you’re right but I can see him getting another shot somewhere. His 1st year there was much better than this year, he ended up getting multiple interviews for HC positions last year..so I think teams are interested but it’s probably gonna happen after the nfl season idk if Mario would wait that long.

Although I want him here, if he was smart he would try to get a position coach gig under mcvay or shanahan and learn from one of them a few years.

Hope he comes here though!

Yeah there's no way there's any interest from teams for him as a OC. Had the one year at LSU then 2 very mediocre years in Carolina. Just feel he's going to have to prove it again somewhere else or go pack to position coach and grind back up

Field looks likely in some role. On or off field.

Honestly thought that was already a done deal.

Other than Mallory’s Texas Two Step development, he’s been pretty solid. And even Mallory finally started putting it together (again) at the end of the season.

Have to admit I’m still frustrated he didn’t get Arroyo in earlier and more often though.

Brilliant coordinator.

Briles is still the guy though if Brady says no. He needs to be the main target if that happens. Track record speaks for itself as I’ve pointed out many times and if he has genuine interest, as has been reported, Mario needs to make it happen.
I think I like Longo more since he’s strong in both passing and running the ball
