I was just taking Dynasty’s word for it, hope I’m wrong and he is too for our sake. I Threw in Pyburn but you’re right - it’s too early in the morning for me and I lumped in James and Moultrie (portal gang) even though they were midweek. So I guess 4 this weekend technically, Pyburn Sunday night / Monday I think?

I’m not saying it doesn’t. I guess I’m more or less trying to find a reason for the delay. I’m probably way off because this wouldn’t cause the delay for the offensive side. I can see this being an issue for some portal guys. But I don’t think it played as big a deal in Coleman’s JMO. Maybe if he picked Oregon or FSU but not JSU. Ultimately I hope he finalizes the staff soon, the longer this plays out the more room for negative recruiting.

Is that what’s happening? I think we have enough manpower to send a tweet out. I just don’t think Miami officially announces the hire until all of the formalities are worked through.

I’m hoping this is wrapped up by next week, although I keep saying “next week” every **** week. Signing day is three weeks away…if we can’t get a staff in place by then, that’s just flat out embarrassing considering he’s supposedly making elite-level high school recruits a priority til said date.

Don’t take my word for it, it was just in the official thread. I may have ran with that too soon so waiting on confirmation. Couldn’t find anything on Twitter or whatnot.

Not necessarily directed at you but I feel like whenever someone calls another person “chief” it feels like a more civilized way of saying you ***ing kockgobbling kuntrag.

lol it's funny to wake up and see a guy who's on my ignore list spent half the night confirming his idiocy. And holy **** it seems like a minute ago I was welcoming 600 pages to this thread.

This post reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where George thinks he bought Jon Voight's car but when they find the driver's manual the previous owner's name is spelled "John". George tries to rationalize it by hypothesizing that maybe he changed his name from "John" to "Jon" for his acting career because "Jon" is zippier than "John."
