It's actually a good thing. T-Rob is an elite recruiter and elite recruiters are always in demand. If we treat him well and he is fairly compensated via the market, then we will have a decent chance of retaining him.

I didn't follow Mario's staff super closely at Oregon. And I wouldn't necessarily include T-Rob in this category as he's previous staff trying to be retained but did Mario ever lose any guys at Oregon to "lateral" moves?
